We use a brush technique for most jobs to apply our product, but for larger projects, we use the hose system to spray the sealer. The application method is discussed with each customer and chosen based on the specific job. Regardless of the method, we ensure neat, even coverage with no mess.

It is recommended that the driveway be pressure washed prior to sealing. All asphalt surfaces to be sealcoated must be free of dirt, dust, debris, oil spots, vegetation, and any other foreign materials that may interfere with proper adhesion of the sealcoat. This includes, but is not limited to, loose gravel, mud, moss, mold, leaves, and chemical residues. Dry, porous asphalt may require additional preparation and extended drying time to ensure proper adhesion.
Proper surface preparation is essential to ensure the quality, durability, and longevity of the sealcoating application. We are not responsible for adhesion issues or premature wear resulting from inadequate surface conditions that were not disclosed or addressed prior to application.
While square footage is one part of how we calculate pricing, it’s not the only factor. We also take into account the overall condition of the asphalt, including any cracks, wear, or repairs needed. Surfaces that haven’t been sealed before or are more weathered often require additional prep work and materials to ensure a long-lasting result.
We also consider whether you’re a returning customer, as we do our best to take care of those who continue to trust us with their property.
Our goal is to provide a quality application that protects your asphalt and extends its life, rather than a one-size-fits-all price that may not reflect the work required.

Police are warning residents to be aware of scammers offering to sealcoat driveways at a discounted price. They claim to have extra sealcoat and uses a high-pressure approach aimed to confuse and intimidate homeowners.
Gypsy driveway sealers claim they’ve been doing work in the area and just happened to notice the condition of your driveway. Since they're already working nearby, they can give you a discount. Once the job is complete and payment is made, the work may be shoddy and unprofessional. Reaching the company they allegedly represent is impossible. The phone number is not a working number, quickly helping you realize that you have been scammed. In some cases, another company is impostored.
